• WHY A GUEST LIST?

  • Cloud 23 has a capacity of 200 people.

    We operate an open door policy between 5pm and 7pm each evening. However, from 7pm until 12 midnight we operate a guest list. During this time we also accommodate as many walk-in bookings as we can along side the guest list, but this is strictly subject to availability.

    The Guest List for Friday and Saturday Night’s becomes fully booked approximately two – three months in advance, due to the high demand that Cloud 23 attracts.

    We gladly accommodate parties of 2 up to a maximum of 20 (subject to availability).

    Hotel Residents get priority access.

• BAR POLICIES

  • Our guest list is open for up to 100 guests per night, with a maximum party size of 20 people.

    Larger parties please contact our events office on 0161 870 1700 for availability of the East and West Lounges

    Reservations are taken between 7pm and midnight Monday to Saturday and between 7pm and 11pm on a Sunday.

    The guest list is extremely popular - it is advisable to book in advance especially for the weekends.

    Dress Code - Smart/Stylish. Strictly NO sports wear or headgear.

    Cloud 23 is a Drinks bar not a Restaurant

    Children are welcome to C23 between 12.00noon – 3.00pm for High Tea. After 5.00pm this is strictly over 18’s.

• REQUEST TO JOIN THE GUEST LIST FOR CLOUD 23

  • Reservations are only taken after 7.00pm before 7.00pm we operate a queuing system from 5.00pm, which runs throughout the night, this simply involves joining the queue located at the front of the Cloud 23 express lift in our lobby, and waiting for the next available table which are allocated by our hostess. Although we cannot guarantee the length of this waiting time, it is always out intention to keep it to a minimum, however due to Cloud 23's limited capacity, there is also a possibility of denied entry when the bar is experiencing high demand.
