• PRIVATE HIRE

  • Both the East and West Lounge are available for private hire during the evening Sunday to Thursday, or any time during the day before 4.00pm.

    The West Lounge is licensed for civil ceremonies daily before 3.30pm.

    Canapes and finger food is available by pre-order.

• AFTERNOON TEA RESERVATIONS

  • Our "High Teas" are served daily between 12 noon and 4 pm, in Cloud 23 over looking the city centre. A traditional Afternoon tea is served for £16.95 including:

    • A selection of Finger Sandwiches
    • A scone with cream and jam
    • A selection of cakes which may include a chocolate eclair or victoria sponge cake
    • Unlimited tea or coffee

    OR you can upgrade to our Champagne High Tea which includes a glass of champagne for £26.95! Please note only Champagne, Wine, Beer and soft drinks are the only drinks served during this service.

    Reservations are essential as occasionally there may be a Wedding Ceremony or other function in the bar.

• COCKTAIL UNIVERSITY

  • These exciting cocktail making classes take place in Cloud 23, with your own private mixologist who will guide you through the making of 4 cocktails. He will give you a brief, personalised introduction into the history of the art, then guide you through the making and shaking of cocktails! This is great fun for all types of group, and the tasting of them is even better! Half way through the session you have a chance to enjoy a scrumptious mini buffet made up of tasty canapes and finger food, or for daytime classes, our famous High Tea.

    These sessions are priced at £40 per person. We can provide add-ons if you wish e.g. champagne drinks reception, or lunch afterwards in our Podium Restaurant.

    The classes are available from 12 noon or 1.00 pm on a Saturday or Sunday and week night evenings Monday - Wednesday.

    Please note, Cocktail University classes are held for a minimum of 8 people.
